Not trying to be a dick, but just watch “sovereign citizen” videos on YouTube. Most of the people trying to play that hand usually end up getting their cars towed and a “free ride” to jail. Not saying you are necessarily wrong in your thinking and I know sovereign citizen is a little different than what you are talking about but the concept is the same.
