If the MIL commanders were in the SCIF with Trump on11/3, they saw the fraud happen live. The DNI report also confirmed interference. Therefore the MIL cannot recognize Biden as lawful prez.
DOD 11.3 relates to a "belligerant occupation" and who is in control.
FEMA/Mil took control when Trump left. Biden, as paper tiger, will show his true colors (and by "his" I mean the puppetmasters controlling him) to the brainwashed lefties so all can awaken without being able to blame the orange man.
Murky bit re Trump's status now -- One of two possibilities I can see:
- Trump remains prez of the Republic, since the US Corp has been dissolved, but had to leave the foreign country that is now DC, and he will be back once people wake up and see the truth
- Although the true winner, because Trump was not certified by Congress he cannot be recognized as lawful prez either, which is why MIL is in control until we can have new elections.
