Well it's like Obama started the whole Office Of The President Elect (no such office) so Trump used it when elected, and Biden used it, and it is probably a thing now.

EDIT: As the poster below says, apparently Obama did that too (we know he had an informal shadow government going but I didn't know he had an 'office of former president'. Makes even more sense why Trump would use their own tools against them. Gonna drive 'em mad.

Obama was first President not to go away after leaving office and stuck his nose in Trumps policies, even working directly against him (and therefore US - treasonous).
