Good to hear you survived the house sale OK. We are good - actually we are selling up and going mobile. Getting past looking after large grounds and would be nice to be closer to our boys. Won't have any problems selling ATM thanks to Cindy's failure to address house prices. Will keep you posted if you like - be nice to catch up for coffee :)
