I am in total agreement with you. They need to be shown the video tapes. I'm sorry. You did not make it clear to me that you had seen them. They need to be shown at any hearing. Period. The guy beseeching them to act , falling on deaf ears is incriminating . The cop taking "horn man " into the chambers must be shown also .I hope the next lawyers are very selective on what videos are shown. I feel the first ones missed showing many incriminating video which would have sealed the deal.
