I agree that therapy can help with these things, and medication is even useful as a stop-gap, emergency measure - but in my opinion and experience the best therapist is the one who we have countless dictated words from and can communicate with through love, understanding - and prayer - but who doesn't presently speak aloud to us... you guessed it - God.

I honestly think that if you cast your worries and anxieties to the Lord you can be cured of your anxiety. You've lived long enough to know a good man from a bad one - and my impression is that many women choose bad men because they either think they're not good enough to go after the good ones, or think that it's a "safe bet", as they won't get dumped...

You can get supernaturally-given aid, just use some of that earnest honesty from your comment and pray to God - he will wash away your worries. You are good enough. You are strong enough. There are plenty of local, fantastic, great, manly men out there who would love to date you. (Unless you live in somewhere like Portland_ u/#topkek
