Situation is saved and can be settled in favour of US military because of missile ranges in case of F35, because American missiles have probably 2x longer range what is crucial. In dogfight F35 it might be inferior enough to Russian one. F22 from the other hand is probably the one capable to dogfight as peer to their best planes even without missile superiority. But F35 was chosen instead of the best construction which is F22... It is absurd.

Chinese are luckily counterfeit - unfortunately with some Russian engines because Chinese have problems with their own.
