Reminds me of Saints Row where you rob a contanier ship to free the sex slaves from the "Morningstar" gang.

Idk if anyone here has played it but those games, or at least the third one, remind me of that manual about insurgencies, especially since the military declares martial law at one point and if you choose to, you declare the city as it's own country.

But bascially the 3rd game is like GTA but you have to take on 3 gangs and they each have a huge skyscraper and front business, one is banking and deals in arms dealing and forced prostitution, one is big tech and deals in cyber crimes and money laundering, and the last is media who deal drugs but their main focus is manipulating the public.

There is also wacky tech similar to what Q has shown us, like a gun that takes control over cars and planes.
