Also correct me if I am wrong. Would this not be grounds to use lethal force? If I had a concealed carry does this not constitute a threat to my life? You warn him once or twice. But I feel like this guy deserves to be shot and the victim had the grounds to. It wasn't a bat, but you could do serious damage with a bike...
