If he knew this was coming, why would he say something that would hurt his narrative later, and show him to be a liar (yet again)? Or maybe he knew it was coming, but wasn't let in on the timing of it until it happened? Or, the asymptotic spread lie was an afterthought by the DS once the "pandemic" began?
