Praise God. Yes, get outside, do some enjoyable exercise, modify your diet, ALL of it. I'm already seeing some GREAT
guidance from WONDERFUL pedes. My addition is "give God some honest, loving Praise."

I THANK YOU, dear Lord God that you are sharing with all of us these AMAZING, LOVING creations of your incredible hands. I PRAISE you, Father God!"
(and, one of my own favorites) "Lord God, I worship you and BLESS YOU that you have privileged me to live in the time-frame when you called Donald John Trump to lead our wounded nation. YOU ALONE, Lord God are worthy of my praise and thanksgiving and I PLEAD that you would lead me to honor YOU and the wonderful leader you provided to us!"
And I think you can very well go on from there. Even though it is important and useful, anger can be a terrible distraction and can influence us to shut off important input. Praising God helps us focus on God and helps us keep our eyes on what HE'S doing. And Praising God is just GOOD for us because - for one thing - it opens us to His presence (Psalm 22:3). THAT incredible, loving and Holy Presence is a LIFE CHANGER and is a relationship of ENDLESS growth and exploration. AND, as you already know, in the end - GOD WINS!
