I never did either. But I just realized today there is another way to read that.
It is possible that the original is Cabal. It is also possible that the guy in jail ain't Avenatti. And I still wonder who was that guy in NB (the slightly tubby guy in the black shirt). Q never did say who that guy was. But Q did point right at that guy and ask "Who is this?"
