They've been attacking meats for decades now, just much more subtly. I remember back in the 50s/60s when they were heavy FUD against Bacon.
My great grandad still eats about a 1lb of bacon, sausage, or steak with his eggs and oats in the AM daily and he could trample the soy boys of today and he's 95 still working the farm.
