Some facts: There is no atmosphere on the moon as we are all aware so with no atmosphere there is no force to create dust. The luner module has no exhaust ducts, rocket motors do not have exhaust outlets as all the burnt fuel is emitted through the bell nozelle . The luner module had a small decent rocket engine that produced just enough thrust to control the decent that created a small amount of dust just below the bell nozelle and just before touch down. There is no radioactivity on the moon , there is solar radiation which is why we see the entier stucture wrapped in Mylar refective foil that is still in it's imaculate state as it left the command module. again i reiterate check out the LRO film it clearly shows the Apollo 11's landing site and equipment left behind along with the base of the lunar lander.
