I understand, but what does that mean, The Heave Lifting?

It often helps define something by comparing it to something we are very familiar with. Jesus did this many times with his parables.

You have probably been involved in a move, like from one house to another. Over the course of my life, I have moved many times. Here is what I've learned:

The big items like beds, dressers, appliances, cabinets, those that are the heaviest, constitute the easiest things to move. The heavy items are contained within their footprint. You pick them up and move them as an item.

The big items, in total weight may not outweigh all the little items taken together.

The big items together may not be more important in the move, than the sum of the little items.

The move of all the little, light things comprises the most of the burden of moving.

I have often reflected on how much longer my wife is busy during a move, than I am. Before the move it is her that neatly packages up the small stuff into boxes appropriately labeled, bathroom, kids bedroom, kitchen etc. And long after I have moved the big "heavy" stuff in the truck, and back out to the new location, my wife spends many hours longer unpacking the little "light" boxes, and putting everything in it's proper place, making up beds etc.

Sure Q team must do the heavy lifting, because there are certain items that weigh more then we could bare. But that does not mean they will necessary carry the most weight. It does not mean that their "heavy lifting", when taken alone will necessarily play a bigger part in accomplishing the total objective, than will the sum of all the things we must do on our level, things that we are capable of lifting.
