You are not appreciating the scale and class action suits mitigate lawyers fees amongst many plaintiffs. Who says the people will be paying fees anyway? I can't see lawyer fees consuming national debt levels of money or trillions confiscated from multinationals and state level actors. This is not a wrongful dismissal case, this starts with unconstitutional confinement of half the globes' population and kicks on with Nuremberg genocide cases, election interference of all of big tech and ALL news organs.
