And there is that 2012 again, I get the impression that the Mayan Calendar fear porn of 2012 was in a sense a real thing, just not what people were expecting or knew about.. something DID happen that ended one way of doing things/seeing things/knowing things and started on the next path. 2012 there was a huge shift that happened but not on the day to day lives of reg people just wandering around doing their sleepy business as usual.
