We don't need to completely disable ships and aircraft. Just disable their guidance and targeting systems for a few hours. little to zero chance you will hit what you cant aim at. They will be completely defenseless. Either that or inject a computer virus like the one that hit the Colonial oil pipeline a few months ago that will cause their propulsion to run up to way over dangerous limits until their drive systems shatter from the stress and force. disable their entire fleet without firing a single shot.
