Why I am saying it looks rather like tyrants plan ? Come on, how stopping trucks from moving would affect THE GOVERNMENT not the people ?

It could be good disguise justifying asking people to stock up food if some white hats within army or police would want to clear the mess, but it will be terrible if there are no white hats - then it hurts all and "anti-vaxxers" are "the reason" to blame for those situation.
