The horse paste just adjust to the weight of the person being treated. The injectible use one CC to 110 lbs body weight. You might need to increase that dose some if you actually have covid. I haven't read enough to know a dose for active covid suffers. It could be the same for both.

Oddly enough I have given the injectible to my dogs for heartworm treatment once a month for years. It is .1cc per 10 pounds of body weight which works out very close to the 1cc to 110 for humans. My dogs get half that. At fifty pounds each they get .5 CC.
