In the late afternoon on the last day of the symposium (08/12/2021) after he had made his presentation about the 60/40 vote spread across all Massachusetts counties in the 2020 Republican U.S. Senate primary and subsequent discovery of the direct linkage between Massachusetts election officials and Big Tech media platform censorship officials, Dr. Shiva made a short live presentation on Steve Bannon's War Room. In the beginning of the 7 min clip Bannon pitches to Shiva, noting (for dramatic effect) that Shiva is "pressed for time." Transcript below to video in link above. Choose your antidote.

Bannon: Okay. we're at the Alliance Center, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I want to immediately go to Dr. Shiva. Doc, you got a couple of slides. I know you are pressed for time. Take it away. Walk us through your analysis.

Shiva: Great. What I want to do is, let's go to slide one, which is the first slide... ah... that's not the first slide. it's the first slide, its got the colors on top guys. ... Slide one..., so..., we'll wait..., uh..., there's four slides... yeah... yep... that's ... there we go... there go. Yeah, there it is that's slide one, there it is, great.

So, let me walk though, people. So, what we did was, we did simple, 25 minute math. There are..., at the Cyber Symposium yesterday, Mike shared with us, what he thought was, uh, was the results that he thought that he got from how Trump's votes were flipped. Right? He actually shared whole numbers. And those are listed in columns D and E. Everyone see that... for Trump and Biden. In column B and C are, if you can stay on that first slide... on the top... uh, are listed the actual numbers that are for, that were actually reported by the news media. Okay? Very simple. In columns F and G we simply calculated the percentages. Okay?

So, according to the Cyber Symposium by way of example in Alabama, Trump would have got 67%, and in, according to what was reported it was 62.991 % and so on. So if you go to the next slide you'll see that we've done that calculation all the way down. Now we go to slide number two. And we've done that, oh... that's the first slide... next slide... next slide. So, we've done that calculation, slide one, were on slide two guys... yeah... slide two is just numbers... at the bottom of that slide what you'll find is that the difference between what the Cyber Symposium ... hold right there, hold right there... what the Cyber Symposium reported, the one where it says 4.2% at the bottom... guys... hold it right there. Bring that up. So, if you look at every state, Steve, and you look at every state the difference between the Cyber Symposium reported numbers and the reported numbers by the official number is..., guess what it is? 4.2%. Let me repeat what I'm saying. Simple math. Every state was subtracted by 4.2%. 42, if you remember the 'Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy', the computer runs for 72. million...

Bannon: Yeah, Yeah, walk people through it real quickly. How do you get that calculation again?

Shiva: So, for every state, you take, we take the number actually reported by the media, how much Trump got, how much Biden got. Okay? So, you get a percentage, Okay? That's in, the, ah, in the first, ah, that's in column H. Okay? Everyone following? Column H is the number that was actually... I'm sorry, column G is actually the number that was reported by the news media. Okay? Column F is the number that was reported... to use the number that was reported by the Cyber Symposium. Every one got it? (Shiva makes a perfect O.K. sign with his right hand). So, which one's right? So the difference, if you simply take the difference between what the Cyber Symposium reported, for every state, and what the news media reported, its 4.2%.

"It's not even a crazy formula, Steve - it's just they subtracted 4.2%. So my conclusion on this is something very simple: either this whole thing is a hoax, disinformation to try to actually take away the real substantive issues of election fraud like ballot images, et cetera. It's the biggest disinformation campaign being done using a very wonderful man... Or that there's a bunch of nerds out there who simply said "we're gonna just subtract votes by 4.2%" That's what the difference is. So either it's a hoax, or people read the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy."

Bannon: How do you... let's say the latter, does this show you... what... your analysis, because you haven't got into the raw data, so you...

Shiva: I'm looking at...

Bannon: The data that was... yeah. But that's data that's representative, you don't know that that's actual... you're not saying whether you're verifying that the data, what's the...

Shiva: Like Mike said, what I'm saying is, that if you look at the data that Mike Lindell presented yesterday, and if you just draw a line its a perfect line.

Bannon: Yeah.

Shiva: X axis you have the percentage...

Bannon: Yeah, bring the line across...

Shiva: So if you.., X axis is the percentage, it says that its being reported, you zoom in on that at the bottom, its like what Mike Lindell reported. And the Y axis is what the official results are for Trump. Its a perfect line, Mike (Shiva calls Bannon Mike by accident). This is either completely impossible, or its a hoax, to do disinformation to make this thing (Cyber Symposium) look like completely bogus and that's what the nuance is here.

Bannon: Right. Or, or the CCP, this is just, in their mathematics, they just said, "Let's just do it..."

Shiva: Did it by gross... its just 4.2% across, every, including Washington, D.C.. Now either, look, in the last 10 years the CCP's mathematicians always rate top 10 out of ...
