The Bible differentiates between murder and justifiable homicide, to answer your first question. It's obvious you haven't read it very closely.

Is it wrong to steal to feed the starving? If you're doing what the Bible says, you won't be in a position where you'll need to steal in the first place.

I'm not being hostile by quoting the Bible and how your message is a clear contradiction to what the Good Book says. It only feels that way because you reject the Gospel message.
