LOL threaten all you want. But this Great Wall of Text needs to be made a LOT shorter so that significant numbers of your target audience might be expected to actually read it. LEOs don't have endless time on their hands.

As a former editor, I know it's hard, but less is more. Squeeze maximum impact from every word. If it takes a raft of paragraphs to get an idea across, then the idea is too complex to be absorbed in a forum like this by your intended readers. (That doesn't apply to things like books, which the reader expects to invest considerable time in reading.)
