EDIT: Found it. Season 5, Episode 2. Jack: “Will I even be there for his first subpoena? Will I ever experience the father-son bonding of realizing you're both at the same masked orgy at a castle? I will be senile or dead for the better part of my child's life.”

Jack also talks about going human hunting with Dick Cheney in a season three episode. He “corrects it” to something else, but definitely says human hunting.

EDIT: Cheney is different episode, but S03E16 he says, “I’ve hunted the world’s most dangerous game: man, I mean, manatee.”
