Did they lay off workers and the unit is understaffed. Urgent care is typically always busy, depending on location of course.

With a 99.8% survival rate I wouldn’t call this a bio weapon more so an bio-economic weapon and really doubt they are swamped from this. Maybe “rapid testing” requests are clogging them up.

Still, I suspect understaffed which is typical for medical centers.
