He definitely will not be partying on the town, enjoying ladies, living a life of any kind of freedom.

In return the State, the justice system, will never touch him. It will never be permitted to have a "shameful" public trial, never will the Prince be walked in handcuffs. The Crown will do everything in its power to memory hole the whole affair.
