With the (current) market cap of 1.635B and price of 45.5/shr that puts a total (current) shares at 35.5M. I think total shares will cap at around 55M after all warrants are exercised (they expire in 2028). I think they can't be exercised until after the merger though. I really should look into that considering how many I bought lol.
