Horse paste, apart from a bit of apple or other flavoring, is identical to people ivermectin (which won a Nobel prize). Like most meds, the dosage is by weight -- horses get more because they weigh more, but the ratio by weight is the same for other mammals. Most horse paste comes in a (no needle) syringe, marked at 50lb increments -- so a 150 lb recipient would take 3 increments on the syringe. A tube is generally for a 1200 lb horse, so there'd be multiple 'small horse' doses per tube. Worth mentioning not all "horse paste" contains ivermectin, so double check the ingredients.

For protocol vs. Covid once having it, docs recommend to try to take it as soon/early as possible upon getting symptoms, generally protocols seem to suggest at least 3 doses, taken over a week (with a couple day gap between doses). Some go on to repeat doses, say once per week, for the week or two following (or longer). I know of some taking it daily -- not recommending that per se, but have not seen or heard of any cases of overdosing thus far.

Docs and nurses also recommend including some zinc, vitamin D3, and vitamin C. Sunlight and fresh air are of course beneficial when possible.

Obviously, you should double check all of this with your own research.

Oh, and prayers for you and all your extended family -- good on you, looking out for them.
