My grandma is scheduled to get her “booster” this coming week. In the time she has gotten two jabs, she’s developed a heart arrhythmia and is on a blood thinner. Eliquis, I think. She’s got an appt for a cardiologist coming up as well, but not till January because she says “they have too many patients and can’t get her in.” She’s never in her life had any heart problems before this. Walks for miles and always has been very active, thin, non smoker. Yes, she’s 88 but I’m worried the booster will be IT. But can you tell her anything? Nope. It’s heartbreaking.
