Why come back in 22 and only get three more years, when you could get double that by administering in the shadows for another year?

That said, IMO the idea of his joining the House, even as Speaker, is completely divorced from objective reality. He's as likely to serve on the Swampreme Court. (Thanks for that epithet BTW...an instant classic!)
