Everyone that loses their job should in my opinion start their own business in ther field that they lost their careers. Small businesses will be the only thing that will save/recover our economy. And if you don't have the money to do it, band together with other people to do it.

Addition: My gut tell me and I believe if we read between the lines even Q is telling us that these hug corporate conglomerates will either go away or be broken up to the point of almost being nonexistent. Just my opinion.
