I hate NPR as much as the next guy but parasites are beneficial to human health. Everything they say is a lie. This might be the one time ever they are saying something true but im trying to figure out why they would say that even. Like bacteria and viruses parasites are healthy to humans I know it sound wrong because youve been taught different but parasites killing people is fake news. If you are healthy and you dont kill off all your good gut bacteria that helps you digest food with BIG PHARMA MEDICATION you wont get parasites. Big pharma is against parasites btw not because they actually are deadly but because they can sell u useless treatments that are only necessary because people follow profit instead of health.
