PCAP data, 34 terabytes worth, over 4 days, collected the insertion and deletion of voters on the master voter rolls at the county and state level, voting those ghost voters, casting votes for voters who did not show up to vote at all, casting votes for people who did show up to try and vote in person, adjudication of spoiled ballots, precinct voter roll tablets, vote total flips at precinct and anywhere up stream to the central tabulation location for each state... etc. etc. If it had an electron attached to it was at risk of manipulation. 66% based out of China, the rest domestic and Europe.
But someone had to leave the figurative (and sometimes the literal) back door open. We were not attacked by China. The election steal and the voter fraud has just been outsourced to offshore contractors. Rethink the China virus in that light. They have already followed the money back to Fuaci & Co, a subsidiary of the WHO and the UN. Wuhan lab just another sub-contractor, now a patsy for a world wide epidemic that gets blamed on "China" aka Lee Harvey Oswald.
