They preach mind body spirit, but only focus on the spirit part- kinda. Lots of needless bullshit out there. "Give up all your worldly possessions to live a simpler life, but please buy our overpriced gemstone tshirt first!." Was the one that made me totally understand the paradigm. It's been hijacked or just tainted.

Shame. Meditation actually works under proper conditions, but prayer can be more powerful and sometimes easier to use. They both involve a point of letting go. Prayer is up front about this.
