Never in medical ethics before would it be acceptable to even suggest you take an experimental medication with no long term safety data, at your own risk not for the benefit of yourself but for a perceived benefit to other people. Which has now been shown doesn't even prevent transmission so doesn't even benefit others.

It's actual insanity. This is some communistic for the greater good bullshit. The elderly have lived the majority of their lives. Children must be allowed to live theirs with the same opportunities and without bullshit restrictions.
