If NCSWIC, and it involves Devolution and the LOW Manual, then pretty much all seats, ALL seats including Senate, will be up for grabs in 2022, ~80% of which will be backed by Trump since most the competition, even within the Rs will have met bars, rope or lead by that time. Pretty much everything Congress has been doing the past century+ is shit, so we'll have to start new with many things.
