I don't think anything is going to be immediate. The tech is there, as in we have some clue how to do it, there have been successful experiments, etc.. I don't know how long it would take to bring it to sufficient safety standards, etc.

All I can say is, tissue regeneration is a thing, even if it is not overly advanced, though it may very well be more advanced than I know. Of the hidden techs I know about, and the motivations that are likely behind hiding them (based on known agendas) regeneration and organ regrowth are likely in that category.

We've actually been able to do quite a bit of both organ growth (ex vivo) and some extent of tissue regeneration (in vivo) for a couple decades, which is a reason I think the real extent of our knowledge may be more than is in the literature.
