AND just a couple hours ago I had similar thoughts about the 'middle', was explaining to my family how Q is kind of like Jenga, need to be strategic about what you tear down, and the middle is crucial. also reminds me of the 100th monkey effect that some used to talk about. need to influence a certain percentage before the rest catch on.
