Why did you conveniently ignore the fact that a very large portion of natural foods, including meats, vegetables and fruits, naturally contain significant amounts of various forms of glutamate?

Because absolutely nothing you said, no matter how lengthy or tangential it is, holds any weight at all when you understand this. In fact, it comes across as ignorant and disingenuous since I brought it up and you just blatantly ignore it and go off on your notion anyways.

Are you going to argue that the added MSG in formulated foods to mimic the levels found in natural foods was made synthetically and therefore harmful compared to natural MSG, while ignoring that the MSG used in the food industry is produced naturally?

You also keep calling it toxic but offer no summarized pharmacology or interactions whatsoever. Claims require basis, and I seriously question why you even believe what you do when you refuse to address points that completely contradict a notion you continue to double down on.
