I live in WV and have kids. PS: My grammar and spellings sucks and I might even qualify as poor. But, I'm not on drugs..lol

You are correct about child vaccinations here. There are no exemptions. I know for sure you can't use a religious exemption. But, I'm not completely sure you can or can not get a medical exemption.
