I believe 5D will be the Sovereignty that NESARA/GESARA gives to all. Some already have this 5D consciousness.
Many have to shake off the programming in order to become fully Sovereign beings.
Those who are not compatible (i.e. submitting to the Vax, or forcing the vax) will not survive to 5D.
