OP, I LOVE your post; not only for what you've shared with us but for the GLARING omission evident in the chaotic efforts of the DS: there appears to be - on their part - NO EFFORT whatever to seek answers in the Holy Word of the Only Living God.

NASA didn't NEED to hire theologians. NASA probably has no intention of listening to ANY theologians in any regard, ANYWAY! They (NASA) are just virtue signaling. SHAME on me for believing that NASA has any good intentions toward me or toward anyone else. Did they ever?

IF (big If) there is extra-terrestrial intelligent life, most likely the FIRST thing 'they' will tell us is something to the effect of: "...yes, His crucifixion and death really was about The Almighty God reconciling ALL of His creation, unto Himself... and many of you know Him - the Resurrected One - as 'Jesus'...". To me, THAT will be a sign of Intelligent Life!
