The story is 87 pages long which I believe can be seen as an abbreviation of "187" (comm for "kill"). I'm sure the author did that intentionally given it's about The Death Note.
And don't forget the State of the Union speech was delayed to February 5th.
UPDATE: Two typos are in the image. I can't remove them without deleting this post. It should be 2/4/2020 for when the Death Note Short about Trump was published, not 1/4/2020. Which means it came out the morning of 2/4/2020 (2/3 in the US due to time zone differences). That's the same day that Rush announced he had been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer.
On 2/5/2020 Trump had the delayed State of the Union and gave Rush Limbaugh the Medal of Freedom.
