What logic are you following that says they couldn't overturn his decisions given that he couldn't even get support from SCOTUS? You also realize the slogan says Make America Great Again, right? What you're advocating for is not American given as it goes deliberately against the 1st. While yes, disinformation is IitigabIe, it has to be proven as such. You can't just sign a paper saying no propaganda and think everything is solved like that either way - it's not. There's still the court of law, and we know not even SCOTUS is on America's team.
