Contact your local EEO office and file a claim through them. File a separate lawsuit simultaneously. Use social media and make public statements about wrongful termination by the company. You can use the lawsuit to either get back to work with backpay, or settle the lawsuit for $$$. The company will have an EEO complaint to deal with as well. YOU MUST TAKE ACTION.
