Thank you for the link, the horse paste tastes so nasty i can't bear to take it again, and taking it by itself (no zinc, C, D, quercitin) only helped me feel normal for one day. I was unsure if it was safe to take more than one dosage, the package said one-time use.

Definitely going to buy these, this sickness has been an unpleasant few days, to say the least.
