That really doesn't mean a lot honestly. i'll try to boil it down as simply as I can. Windows users were mad at him for not being familiar with Windows. He chooses to use GNU/Linux, and not use Windows. That's why he was simply asking about where Windows keeps certain files, although he could have looked it up online. Windows and GNU/Linux are very different. Those people's frustrations were honestly unfounded. Some "IT Professionals" only use Windows and never touch Linux. If they suddenly decided to dig around a GNU/Linux system they would have questions too.
