Wasn't Donald Trumps executive order about dealing with influenza virus?. I was looking at the order and I never saw the paragraph Dr. Martin mentioned but I did look on my phone...small print.

"through the Director of NIH, provide to the Task Force estimated timelines for implementing NIH's strategic plan and research agenda for developing influenza vaccines that can protect individuals over many years against multiple types of influenza viruses;" this sounds like Walter Reed vaccine.
