All the possible emotional states a human/animal can have = hard upper limit of EQ.

You cannot understand/sense/read more than the entire spectrum of 'chemical states'.

IQ on the other hand does not have a 'spectrum' to read/understand (or so many spectrum that's 4D connected), it's pretty much environment based, and the environment varies greatly AND can change constantly.

So due to genetic consistency, EQ have a pretty hard limit assuming evolution is slow and enlightenment is extremely rare. I actually assume enlightened individual have a 'new' spectrum with very little negative emotions except for survival.

So what are the differences of 2 extremely high EQ? I would assume very little where as 2 extremely high IQ can be doing very different things in very different fields.

(Mind readings of 2 extremely high EQ is fun as hell though, looks like telepathic communication)
