The only manipulation that can be done to RVP is through general market manipulation that affects all crypto currency, and any manipulation to the Ethereum blockchain.
One very important note!
The RVP token that is in the wild right now is a PLACEHOLDER TOKEN. It is an Ethereum based token, running on the Ethereum blockchain, as the Revolution Populi blockchain is not yet ready. The team wanted to have fair token distribution prior to their Mainnet launch so that they could achieve a fair democratically governed blockchain. Once Mainnet is launched, they will have a bridge built that will allow a 1-to-1 swap of the ETH temp token to the finalized RVP token.
Needless to say, these are still very early days for this project.
